About us

Nordwind Labs is a small independent practice based in Lisbon. We started in 2008 and have kept the same simple model since then: a short team, direct contact with clients, and no work we cannot explain in plain language.

Most of our engagements begin with a question that is easy to state and hard to answer. We spend the first weeks narrowing it down, then build the smallest thing that answers it. If the answer is “this will not work”, we say so early.

We work in English and in the languages of the region, and we are comfortable with distributed teams.
